Spoke to Chris today at the house. He provided a second opinion for my foundation issues, and let me know if I have little to nothing to worry about. Really appreciate his time and showed up on time. Continental worked on my garage many years ago. I had some questions about the house and Chris came to inspect. He didn’t find foundation issues as house movement in walls & ceiling attributed to wind/heat.

My experience with this company was great!  I had been putting off re-leveling my home which I do not recommend being my house was starting to crumble right before my eyes.   Every day I would walk in to a new crack in the sheetrock, foundation and even the bricks on my second story had separated away from the window at least  6 inches, my doors were not shutting and I pretty much had to kick the front door to enter my home.  If I had of waited any longer it would have cost me so much more to fix all the damage it was creating.  I had already had a pipe bust behind the sheetrock in my master bathroom and one in the garage where the water comes into my home, both not knowing why, so I just blamed it on old piping but now looking back it’s very apparent why they were busting being that side of my home was the worse and had dropped forward about 6 inches.  All I have to say is that this company did a jam up job!  All the bricks went back in to place and every single crack in the sheetrock went back together, and you now cannot even tell where they were.  The owner is super easy to deal with and definitely knows what he is doing, he was the 6th company that I had come out to give me a quote and after months of research I could tell he knew a lot about foundation work and he also did everything as promised.  His workers can all be trusted and were very pleasant to be around.  These guys were very hard workers and deserved every penny that they earned, and then some…..   Some of my shrubs and decking had to be ripped out around the house so I was a little stressed about that portion so once they were done on the inside of the house I took a trip I had planned  and when I came back I was amazed….you could not even tell that all of that work had even taken place besides the concrete drill out areas on the driveway close to the house but they did an excellent job at pouring all the  concrete back in to place along with every shrub they had pulled up was back in place and my decking was put back exactly how I had it before along with the guys power washing  everything and  actually left it cleaner than before.  I had about 10 holes that had to be broken through the concrete between my garage and master bedroom and they did a great job at filling those holes back in and made sure they were perfectly smooth to match up with the original concrete.   I have zero regrets with hiring this company and now that the job has been completed it’s been a huge relief and money well spent.   I have had friends come by to look at the results that had seen all the prior damage and they we’re floored at how everything just went back into place. By far the fairest priced quote I got from a pool of foundation companies. Continental Foundation Restoration did more work and provided more value to my home than I had expected. House was brought back to level in a matter of hours. Highly recommend these folks, they will take care of you.
